Clinical Educator - New England

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to fill the role of Clinical Educator for our OI Infusion Services, in-office infusion suites as well as our Novella Ambulatory Infusion Centers. This individual will partner closely with the operations team to lead clinical efforts across the organizations to include onboarding, training, accreditation, and ensuring clinical excellence throughout our centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical education program for 50+ in-office and ambulatory infusion centers
• Lead onboarding/training program for all clinical employees in partnership with HR and Regional Operations Directors
• Design and drive ongoing RN/NP education including all changes in order sets and updates to policies
• Oversee clinical incident reporting program and chart audit program
• Oversee travel float pool
• Directly provide on-site and remote education to newly hired RNs/NPs
• Maintain clinical orders and quick prep drug guides
• Review, maintain, and create clinical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as well as Policy and Procedures (P&Ps)
• Provide on-site intermittent coverage during nursing gap (leave/vacation/turnover)
• Provide clinical support for both new and ongoing projects and initiatives
• Additional duties as needed as organization continues to grow

· Remote position; ***50% travel required***

Minimum Requirements

• 3+ years of infusion experience (direct patient care)
• 2+ years of clinical education/clinical program management experience
• Compact RN license
• Located in the Northeast; located w/i 60 miles of major airport
