Clinical Educator - RN; $10,000 sign on bonus

Performs tasks like:  Developing and implementing the education program in a manner that complies with state and federal laws and accreditation standards; Develops and implements systems, policies and procedures for a hospital-wide education program; Leads, facilitates and advises employees, committees and others on education; Collects, evaluates, maintains and presents data concerning quality and education with all departments. Performs competencies, responsible for monthly general orientation.  Must be flexible with work schedule; may have to adjust work schedule so available early mornings for training or late afternoons when needed. Becoming superuser for our computer system mandatory.
