Clinical Fellow- Speech Pathologist (CF/SLP)

Paradigm Rehab is hiring Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows to join our 2025 Clinical Fellowship program!

Our team of experienced Speech Language Pathologists in our mentorship program are dedicated to providing a consistent supportive experience for Clinical Fellows that includes weekly clinical meetings & 7 days per week support! We are committed to supporting the next generation of Speech Language professionals.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
• CFY Limited License (Paradigm Covers the Limited License under our Clinical Director)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct home visit Speech Therapy assessments and treatments of referred patients providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
• Maintain up-to-date CPR certification and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Manage a minimum caseload of 7-8 patients.
• 2 weekly Virtual meetings & 1 in-person monthly meeting with Clinical Director

• Competitive Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
