SUMMARY: The Clinical Implementation Specialist supports the successful launch, implementation, and ongoing adoption of clinical laboratory testing programs across healthcare practices throughout the United States. This position is ideal for an RN or LPN who enjoys educating clinical teams, building relationships with healthcare providers, solving workflow challenges, and traveling to customer locations.
The position serves as a clinical resource throughout the implementation process, working closely with Sales, Laboratory Operations, Client Services, Billing/Reimbursement, and other internal teams to coordinate account launches, provide training, resolve implementation challenges, and support successful transition to routine operations.

The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds, including training materials, supplies, or equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The position may require extended periods of travel and time spent in healthcare facilities and customer locations.
