Clinical Lead - RN - GI for Kids

GI for Kids is looking for a qualified RN Clinical Lead to oversee and manage the clinical team of our busy specialty office.

Responsibilities Include:

• Ensuring clinical operational policies are followed.
• Coordinates daily clinical staff/coverage as well as provides coverage for critical areas if needed to ensure efficient clinic flow
• Day to day management of clinical staff.
• Training of new team members.
• Effectively communicate with Providers.
• Performs regular electronic tasks audits to ensure correct and timely follow though by staff
• Coordinate in office procedures/resulting and in/out of office procedural equipment
• Recommends and suggests ideas to improve patient and office workflows.
• Offers assistance to clinical team as necessary.
• Supports Office Administrator and Quality Director with tasks appropriate to patient care
• Other duties as assigned
• This position will be in addition to regular job duties

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• Valid TN RN License
• Valid PALS certification
• Ability to clearly communicate and apply policies and principles to solve everyday problems and deal with a variety of situations
• Team Management Skills
