Clinical Liaison

 40 hours - 4 10hr shifts - Wednesday - Saturday 

Salary Range $35 - $45/hr.

Integritus Healthcare is a not-for-profit Massachusetts-based organization that has been offering senior housing and healthcare, memory care, hospice and palliative care since 1987. This position is onsite at the Home Office of Integritus Healthcare in Pittsfield Massachusetts.

Primary responsibility for this full-time position is for referral source and census development for Berkshire Healthcare facilities during weekend business hours. Responsible for achieving the budgeted census and service mix levels for the affiliates assigned through effective relationships with referral sources, prospects and key influencers/decision maker, including the development of effective business partnerships with facility-based teams and marketing department peers.

                  -Successful experience of 2-5 years in a healthcare setting or healthcare sales setting, preferably LTC related

       -BS or MSW Social Work, LPN, RN or BSN, with 2 years working experience in long term care

        -Experience in sales or business development, basic understanding of commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement. 

         -Basic computer experience with Microsoft, Excel and clinical or sales software.

Availability: Mainly external working at multiple locations, this position is for working four 10 hour days Wednesday through Saturday.

Education & Training (Acquired through formal education, outside study, training on jobs of lesser degree, or by any combination of these. May be expressed in terms of formal educational equivalents):  BS or MSW Social Work, LPN, RN or BSN, with 2 years working experience in long term care.

License, Certification & Registration:  Current license as RN, BSN, LPN or Social Worker required.

Other Requirements:  Experience in sales or business development, basic understanding of commercial insurances, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement.  Basic computer experience with Microsoft, Excel and clinical or sales software.
