Clinical Liaison, Registered Nurse (RN)

The RN Clinical Liaison is the face of Crossroads Hospice within the community. The self-motivated nurse initiates, builds, and maintains relationships with organizations, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Being a hospice registered nurse goes beyond administering medical care; it's about exceeding expectations to honor their wishes and ensure they experience dignity and comfort. Every day, we have the chance to create meaningful moments for patients and their families, helping them navigate one of life’s most challenging journeys.

Clinical Liaison, Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• 1+ years of prior Registered Nursing experience in a setting with exposure to end-of-life patients. 
• An active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care
