Clinical Manager - Emergency Room

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager,  Emergency Room (RN) to lead and inspire our ER nursing team in Las Cruces, NM. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with leadership skills to deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Emergency Room, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate ER nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical leaders, and hospital administration to optimize workflow, staffing, and patient outcomes.
• Implement and monitor clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and safety standards.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance management, and professional development programs.

Qualifications Required:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current New Mexico RN license or compact RN license.
• Minimum of 35 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• At least 5 years of recent clinical experience in emergency or specialty nursing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
