Clinical Manager ER RN

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager of Emergency Services (RN) to lead our Emergency Department team in delivering exceptional patient care. This is a high-impact leadership role in a dynamic hospital setting where innovation, quality care, and team collaboration are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations of the Emergency Services department

• Develop, mentor, and support a high-performing clinical team

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance emergency care delivery

• Drive quality initiatives and performance improvement strategies

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

• Build relationships with pre-hospital care providers and EMS teams

Qualifications Required:

• Current (or eligible) New Mexico RN license

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership/management role

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills

• Experience in a for-profit hospital setting preferred

• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN), Healthcare Administration, or MBA

• Experience working with pre-hospital providers/EMS systems

• Demonstrated success in emergency department operations, staffing, and quality care initiatives
