Clinical Manager Hospice Nursing (RN)

We're hiring a Clinical Manager (RN) to lead a high-impact team serving patients across Savannah. If you're tired of systems that don’t work, we’re looking for someone ready to bring order, support a team, and keep care standards sharp.

  Lead and support a team of 15–25 RNs and CNAs

  Manage day-to-day clinical operations for home care services

  Take clinical call once per month (24/7 coverage that week) — get a $250 stipend

  
  


• 
  

  Occasionally see patients during business hours only (no after-hours visits)

  
  


• 
  

  Help troubleshoot care issues, train staff, and enforce compliance standards

  
  


• 
  

  Report directly to the Director of Nursing

  
  

• 
  

  Active Georgia RN license (required)

  
  


• 
  

  BSN preferred

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years in a management or supervisory role

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in hospice, oncology, or home health

  
  


• 
  

  Someone who leads with clarity, steadiness, and can keep a team moving forward

  $82,000–$87,000 salary (salaried role)
