Job Description - Clinical Manager of ACT

ABOUT CASCADE:


Cascade Community Healthcare (CCH) has been providing treatment services to Lewis County and surrounding areas for more than 50 years. Our mission is to provide our clients with compassionate and encouraging counseling leading to a renewed sense of hope and the ability to make positive changes and live more satisfying lives. Cascade currently has six treatment locations in Lewis County.



We are looking for a Clinical Manager of ACT to join our Management Team. You will provide direction, delivery of services, and supervision to the ACT team. This position will also provide services to clients assigned to the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.


 


SHIFTS AVAILABLE:


Day Shift: Monday - Friday



You will participate in the on-call crisis phone rotation with the team providing crisis services to ACT clients.


 


PAY SCALE:


$36.21 - $44.14 Hourly, DOE



WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE:



  • Master’s degree in counseling or the social sciences required.

  • Must have Associate License credential (LMHCA, LMFTA, or LICSWA) or Licensed Agency Affiliated Counselor (LAAC) credential or eligible to obtain LAAC; LAAC also requires two years of supervised experience.

  • Supervisory and administrative experience is preferred.

  • Must be able to pass WA State Patrol background check. A national background check may be required if have not lived in WA state consecutively the last three years.

  • Must complete 15-hours of clinical supervision training per WA State requirements.

  • Must comply with agency policies and procedures.

  • Must have a valid driver's license.

  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle.

  • Must have satisfactory driving record.

  • Must be able to gain access to all types of buildings and residences regardless of the structures’ handicapped accessibility or lack thereof.

  • Must maintain current phone number and mailing address with the Human Resources office.


 


WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Provides planning, screening, coordination, and supervision for all assigned programs.

  • Provides training and evaluation to assigned staff.

  • Program development and coordination of care with other Cascade programs.

  • Facilitates communication between managers and staff.

  • Leads and participates in staff meetings as scheduled.

  • Represents the agency in coordinating service plans with other community providers.

  • Completes and ensures the maintenance of all required clinical and administrative documentation.

  • Maintains records and reports in accordance with agency policies and procedures.

  • Participates in supervision, consultation and training at the direction of the supervisor.

  • Provide a limited number of direct services to ACT clients as required by fidelity standards.

  • Participate in the on-call crisis phone rotation with the team providing crisis services to ACT clients.

  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor, or designee.

  • Working towards licensure? We have Team Managers that will provide those hours at no charge to you.

  • Cascade reimburses the cost of Department of Health licensure renewals and other certification renewals that are required for you to do your job (DEA, CPR/BLS, etc.).
