Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring that the agency's mental health and substance use services adhere to ethical and evidence-based standards while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and accreditations, helping us move forward with purpose and precision. Essential Job Duties: 

• Provide leadership and guidance to the behavioral health department, ensuring that all staff members are effectively carrying out their roles and responsibilities. 
• Provide clinical supervision and support to the behavioral health staff, including therapists, counselors, and community psychiatric supportive treatment staff. Review and when appropriate sign-off on client visit notes.
•  Provide direct client services as expected per service, area or location. 
• Clinical Managers participate in 24/7 call coverage equitably with the Director of Behavioral Health and the Chief of Behavioral Health where needed. 
• Ensure that the behavioral health department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines.
• Implement quality assurance measures and monitor the effectiveness of services provided.

Supervisory Duties:

• Counselors:  Counselor in Training (CT), LPC; LPCC; LSW; LISW, 
• Clinical Support staff:  CDCA, QMHS, CPST

Qualifications:  

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Graduate of a master level accredited social work or clinical counselor program.
• Ohio LISW or LPCC state license.
• Experience as a counselor, preferably in the community clinic setting.
• Supervisory experience, preferred.
