Description
The mental health system is breaking—dominated by corporate interests, non-clinical leaders, and clinics prioritizing profits over quality care. Clinicians are overworked, undervalued, and stripped of autonomy, forced into environments that fail to inspire or sustain them. At Lorenz Clinic, we’re different.
We prioritize excellence by hiring only the top 5% of therapists, ensuring you’ll work alongside smart, inspiring colleagues. We offer time to thrive: paid time off, paid burnout time, consultation, CEUs, holidays, and generous parental leave. Clinicians have control over their workload, a supportive community, and a shared commitment to quality over profit. And you can help us advance that cause.
Make a difference on Main Street, not Wall Street. Join Lorenz Clinic and help build the future of mental healthcare—clinician-led, inspiring, and sustainable. Join us, and never give up hope for what mental healthcare could be.
Position Overview
Under general direction, Clinical Managers (CM) plan, develop, manage, and oversee the administration of behavioral health clinic operations and services, managing a team of clinicians. In conjunction with subordinate professional-level and administrative-level staff, the CM maintains and enforces acceptable professional and ethical standards of the program’s clinical staff according to the Leadership Team’s clinical vision. The CM also serves in a consultative role to staff mental health professionals and mental health practitioners. They participate in strategic planning and committee activities as assigned. CMs also monitor program activity and manage for clinical effectiveness and productivity.
Clinical Managers ensure the facility meets all related local, state, federal and accrediting-body rules and regulations. Clinical Manager assists the Director of Psychological Services in coordinating and managing patient care in the facility according to adopted policies/procedures, state and federal regulations, and accepted accreditation standards. Clinical Managers also serve as liaison between the clinical staff and Director of Psychological Services.
