Clinical Manager - REST for Women

Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Manager to lead our REST for Women's clinical team located in Ohioville, PA.   This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization where your leadership will directly impact the lives of women working to overcome substance use disorders in a supportive, healing environment. Responsibilities

• Supervises and administers the treatment program for Gateway’s adult residential inpatient facility. 
• Provides supervision of the clinical staff, including regular individual and group supervision, case consultations and treatment plan updates. 
• Monitors staffing patterns and productivity. 
• Supervises the development, coordination, and implementation of therapeutic and related activities, including Twelve Step Facilitation (TSF) and other evidence-based practices. 
• Assures that clinical records are up to date and in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations through regular audits. 
• Maintains working knowledge of and assures programs follow regulatory and licensing standards. 
• Ensures facility is staffed adequately daily and completes monthly staffing schedules. 
• Works closely with Program Director and upper management regarding budgeting, financials, programming, etc.

• Ability to manage crisis, make decisions, and make sound clinical judgements. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements

• Master’s degree in field that meets Pennsylvania Department of Health staffing qualification regulations required. 
• License or certification from the Pennsylvania Certification Board eligible.  
• Two years clinical experience in a health or human service agency, including one year working directly with chemically dependent persons. 
• Supervisory experience is a must.
