Clinical Manager (RN or Physical Therapist), Senior Living

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Manager (RN or Physical Therapist) for our Exton, PA senior living office. This office provides best in class care to clients throughout Exton, PA and the surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Manager:

•  Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.


•  Visit our Senior clients and conduct assessments in Exton, PA and other surrounding areas.


•  Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.


•  Supervise home health aide (HHA) staff in the field.
  


•  Facilitate new hire orientation.


• Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff

Requirement(s) for Role:

•  Must have 1 years of home health experience

If you’re a Registered Nurse or Physical Therapist  with the following skills, then a Clinical Manager position could be your dream job! 

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Physical Therapist (PT) with 2 or more years of experience.
  


• Supervisory experience preferred.
