About the role and where you will be working:
You’ll be part of a dedicated and close-knit team that provides tailored care that can be adjusted to meet our clients’ changing needs.

As a valued team member, and leader, you’ll be drawing upon your clinical knowledge to ensure that our residents receive the best clinical care from nursing and care staff.
This is a permanent part time position located at Villa Pelletier catering up to 40 residents located in West Leederville.
We'll also be asking you to:
Support, coordinate and mentor a team of nurses & health care workers.
Provide clinical leadership, assess & develop capability of nursing staff.
Coordinate & oversee admissions, and clinical documentation.
Prepare budgets & support cost control initiatives.
Participate in quality improvement programs. Review & update relevant policies / procedures.
Consult with SCC WA clinical leads & external medical practitioners to ensure best outcomes for our clients.
About you:
With several years’ nursing & clinical team leadership experience under your belt, you also have an in depth understanding of Aged Care Standards and funding instruments.
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:-
Current AHPRA registration
Confidence to act in Facility Manager role as required
Proven track record in leading & driving quality clinical outcomes
The ability to maximise funding via AN-ACC
Well-developed investigation & analytical skills
The opportunity to obtain a recognised infection control qualification
