Job Description: The position focuses on enhancing clinical practice by developing and delivering educational programs for clinicians and staff. Key functions include: Supporting staff development and fostering professional growth . Leading and evaluating educational programs aligned with organizational goals. Overseeing smooth onboarding processes for new hires and ensuring access to necessary training. Developing and delivering clinical curriculum based on staff needs and quality drivers, utilizing evidence -based practices. Evaluating learning effectiveness and adjusting programs as needed. Participating in committees to enhance educational quality and standards of care. Accountability for achieving competencies and supporting workforce development. Job Qualifications: Current RN Licensure 2-3 years relevant clinical experience Ability to problem solve in situations both independently or with support from team and/or leadership Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross (cognitive and skills evaluations) Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety Covid 19 Vaccination or Qualified Exemption (Religious or Medical). TB Screening Record and PPD/QuantiFERON/Chest x-ray as applicable upon hire Vaccinations/Titer’s Test/Declination Form: Flu, Hep B, MMR, Tdap, Varicella
