Advanced Health Care of Hanover is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager (Assistant Director of Nursing) to help lead our nursing team in providing outstanding care to our residents in a short-term skilled nursing environment.

Position Overview

As the Clinical Nurse Manager, you’ll work closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality resident care and smooth nursing operations. This is a Monday through Friday, day-shift role with rotating on-call responsibilities, ideal for a confident RN ready to take the next step in their leadership journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff and daily resident care
• Oversee infection control, skin integrity, and lab/x-ray coordination
• Support admissions, discharges, and direct patient care as needed
• Monitor and implement Quality Assurance and improvement initiatives
• Coordinate staffing levels and ensure compliance with care standards
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and staff education
• Serve as a professional role model and clinical resource to the team

• Current RN license (Pennsylvania) required
• Previous experience as a Clinical Nurse Manager or ADON preferred
• Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Reliable, flexible, and collaborative approach to care
