The Clinical Nurse Specialist will support the Nurse Outreach Program by providing field-based care and assessments to individuals experiencing homelessness, ensuring quality and compassionate health services across NYC.
Key Responsibilities
• Support training and clinical oversight of nurses
• Implement best practices in field-based care
• Serve as escalation point for complex cases
Required Qualifications
• MSN or DNP degree, Clinical Nurse Specialist certified
• Strong teaching and mentoring skills
• Experience with street medicine or public health
