Responsibilities:
The Nurse Director is responsible for quality patient care management and the management of human, material and fiscal resources. The Nurse Director assures that current national standards of patient care and nursing practice are implemented in his/her areas of responsibility. The Nurse Director is responsible for implementing Patient Care Services policies, goals, and objectives.
Qualifications:

BS degree required, Masters degree preferred.
Three years Nursing experience required.
Two years management experience or demonstrated ability in effective communication, problem solving, performance motivation and leadership required.
Current RN Licensure in the State of Maryland.
