The Role
Our Nursing Managers are both clinical leaders and team builders. In this role, you will:
Oversee patient care operations and ensure clinical excellence.
Serve as a trusted liaison between field nurses, physicians, and community partners.
Coach, mentor and manage nursing staff, creating a strong and supportive team culture.
Collaborate with leadership on strategic decisions that improve care delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold our Joint Commission–accredited standards.

Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license with at least five (5) years of nursing experience
Prior management experience preferred
BSN from an accredited college or university
BLS CPR Certification
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
Solid understanding of healthcare regulations and governing laws
Proficiency with office and compliance management software
