Position Summary:  Oversees the clinical office schedules.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•  Manages provider clinic schedules
•  Participates in clinical integration
•  Oversees Management of Perfect Serve
•  Monitors best practices to identify opportunities for improvement
•  Manages patient satisfaction and service recovery for complaints, maintaining record of complaints & actions taken
•  Monitors missing charges and notes
•  Purchases supplies
•  Payroll
•  Oversees ordering and inventory management

Required Qualifications: 

Education and Training:

• Must be a Medical Assistant, LPN or RN
• Minimum of five years of health care experience
• Proficient typing skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with other computer programs and electronic medical record
• Effective interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written
• Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, physicians and hospital staff
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision
