Job Description - Clinical Onboarder In Human Resources Full-Time Day Shift

Job Duties


Key Responsibilities
Onboarding Operations
Manage end-to-end onboarding for clinical new hires
Coordinate health clearances, licensure verification, credentialing, and mandatory education
Collaboration & Communication
Act as liaison between new hires, recruiters, credentialing, occupational health, IT, and clinical leadership
Communicate onboarding requirements, timelines, and expectations
Metrics & Reporting
Track onboarding KPIs including
Time to start
Clearance completion rates
Orientation attendance
Onboarding satisfaction feedback
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements
Events & Orientation
Support clinical orientation sessions, welcome events, and onboarding workshops
Assist with clinical competency days and open houses as assigned


Qualifications
Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
3–5 years of healthcare onboarding, HR operations, or credentialing experience
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills


Salary commensurate with experience within posted range


$47,000-$52,000/Year
