Job Summary
The MGH Department of Pharmacy is preparing for the expansion of the MGB Cancer Institute and opening of the Ragon Tower in September 2027. We are recruiting multiple clinical oncology pharmacists into hybrid inpatient/clinic positions. Each pharmacist hired will serve as a pharmacist champion for 1-2 disease groups. The specific disease group will be solidified during the interview process. Disease groups will include head/neck, melanoma, sarcoma, neuro oncology, pedi hem/onc, GI, GU, myeloma, breast, cellular therapy, and extended network community support. Additional opportunities may include support for ambulatory administration of bispecific T cell engager therapies across the extended network.

The Clinical Oncology Pharmacist is responsible for providing clinical pharmacy services to patients in the inpatient and ambulatory care settings. Oncology Pharmacists work closely with physicians, APPs, and nurses to provide comprehensive patient care. Oncology pharmacists support teaching and learning throughout our community and support clinical research, practice advancement, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Once trained and fully meeting expectations, the pharmacist will have a hybrid work model with scheduled on-site and remote work.
