Job Description - Clinical Operations Manager

Full-time

Description

Muir Wood is a nationally recognized residential and outpatient treatment program serving teens ages 12–17 with mental health and substance use disorders. With 17 facilities across Northern, Central, and Southern California, we provide Joint Commission–accredited, trauma-informed care in safe, structured, and compassionate environments.

In our safe, comfortable, and structured environments, our compassionate clinicians help teens explore and process sensitive issues while learning to manage their lives in productive ways. We provide high-quality Joint Commission-accredited residential treatment, creating an environment where teens and their families feel cared-for, valued, and engaged.

Our academic program is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). We are in-network with Anthem, Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, MHN, Magellan, Halcyon, and Optum, making our exceptional brand of teen treatment accessible to as many families as possible. Our guiding philosophy emphasizes kindness and compassion over confrontation and control.
