Location: Kendall Office | 9350 Sunset Drive, Miami, FL
Schedule: Primarily in-office with some field outreach | Core hours: 10 AM–6 PM (flexibility required)
Employment Type: 1099 Contractor
Compensation: $60,000 base + census-based bonus
Language: Spanish required

About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic and clinically minded Clinical Outreach to join our team as the bridge between families, referral sources, and our adolescent treatment program. This role is equal parts community outreach, family engagement, and admissions coordination. You’ll play a key part in driving census, guiding families through the pre-admission process, and building relationships with community partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute outreach strategies with direction from the Clinical Director
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community referral sources
• Respond promptly to inquiries and assess potential clients for clinical fit
• Educate families and professionals about our services and programming
• Facilitate client consultations, tours, and pre-admission processes
• Document all leads and outreach activity in admissions tracking systems
• Provide clinical input on client appropriateness and support intake assessments
• Share lead trends and census projections with leadership team
• Support families with resources when outside of our scope of care
• Participate in weekly leadership meetings and culture initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s-level clinician in mental health, social work, or family therapy preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years of experience in a treatment or outpatient setting (clinical, admissions, or BD)
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong sense of initiative and professionalism in sales-style outreach
• Passion for helping families navigate mental health care with compassion and clarity
• Bonus: an existing network of local referral sources
