$165,000 to $250,000 +$15,000 Signing Bonus+ Paid Relocation Assistance

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Seaside, Oregon. In this role, you'll be a key part of the pharmacy management team, helping to coordinate daily operations and oversee the work of pharmacists and technicians.

You will play a vital role in ensuring the provision of safe, accurate, and cost-effective pharmacy services by collaborating with other pharmacists and the broader healthcare team. This is a leadership-focused position, perfect for a pharmacist looking to grow their skills in preparation for a future leadership role.

All duties should be performed in a way that promotes a strong team concept and aligns with our mission and philosophy.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily organizational and operational activities of the pharmacy.
  • Oversee and provide guidance to pharmacists and technicians in pharmacy operations.
  • Manage staffing schedules based on workload and staff availability.
  • Lead the integrated provision of safe, efficient, and cost-effective pharmacy services.
  • Collaborate with peer pharmacists and other healthcare team members.
  • Oversee a specific area or specialty within the pharmacy department (e.g., central unit dose, IV room, satellite pharmacy).

Qualifications

Required:

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
  • Current Oregon Pharmacist License upon hire.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

  • Training in Process Improvement methods such as Six Sigma, LEAN Methodology, and CAP tools.
