Providence St. Vincent Medical Center (PSVMC) is a 523-bed community teaching hospital and tertiary referral center. The Clinical Pharmacist – Critical Care provides care to patients in our Medical-Surgical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and Neurocritical Care Unit. The clinical pharmacist works closely with multidisciplinary teams in the adult ICUs to provide direct patient care, including rounding and responding to medical emergencies. The clinical pharmacist will have a secondary clinical practice area based on departmental needs and pharmacist experience. The clinical pharmacist also serves as a preceptor for our pharmacy residents and student pharmacists. Our clinical pharmacists work 10-hour shifts (weekdays and every third weekend) which will be primarily days and evenings.
