PAY: $43-$46/hr dependent on experience

Primary Therapist

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The Primary Therapist will provide individualized therapeutic services to clients in various settings, helping them achieve their maximum potential and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on best practices and client goals.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families.
• 26 week contract
• M-F 8 hours in between the hours of 8a-7p

• Master's Degree + LMSW, LCSW, LMHC or LCAT license required.
• Must be familiar w/ NYS OMH requirements/should have prior NY work history.
• Experience with ages 5+
• Provides Crisis intervention to SSMH and GGH, and Counseling for JDK Outpatient
