Clinical Program Supervisor - Intensive - REACH Team Lead (Mt. Rogers Area) ($5,000 Sign on Bonus)

The Clinical Program Supervisor – REACH Team Lead works with REACH management team to provide for overall management, supervision and program development of a REACH community based team.  Ensures the REACH Team meets productivity, budget, accreditation, and licensure requirements. Develops and maintains working relationships with individuals served, family members and/or care givers, other NRVCS programs, and other agencies working with REACH services.  Provides direct services to individuals served.

Salary Range: 

$65,280.94- $75,073.08

Education/Experience Required: 

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in a Virginia DMAS approved Human Services field, current enrollment in a clinical licensure track Master's Program, and at least 5 years of experience working directly with individuals with DD/MH diagnoses is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• State of Virginia clinical behavioral health related professional licensure is preferred. Ability to register as License eligible is required.
