The Program / Project Manager provides project management leadership to cross\-functional teams for all activities related to the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and close\-out of assigned projects.
Ensures that all budgetary requirements, study timeframes and targets are met.
May be responsible for managing a portfolio consisting of high complexity/high\-profile, global, full\-service projects.
May also serve as a Line Manager for Project Managers and Sr. Project Managers on the team.
Requirements
⢠4 year degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
⢠Previous experience in a project management role in the CRO or pharmaceutical setting
⢠Demonstrated ability to lead teams, large, global projects and manage all financial aspects of the study
⢠Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area
