Specific Duties - Clinical Psychologist. As a healthcare worker (HCW), you'll be providing services within your competencies, such as:

1. Administering treatment programs to mentally and emotionally disturbed individuals
2. Assisting in treating rehabilitation patients
3. Treating individuals in personal crisis situations
4. Interviewing patients and studying case histories
5. Diagnosing and evaluating mental and emotional disorders
6. Participating in clinical psychology programs and research projects
7. Performing clinical evaluations and administering psychological tests
8. Communicating with family members for effective patient treatment
9. Providing child and adolescent clinical psychologist duties
10. Offering consultation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for various disorders

Requirements

• Degree: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
• Education: Graduate from an APA accredited college or university with a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
• Internship/Residency: Completion from an APA accredited psychology internship
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Clinical Psychologist in the last three (3) years. Post-Doctoral fellowships is acceptable for experience.
• Licensure: Current, active, unrestricted license from any of the US states or territories.
