Who We Are: Growing federal contractor providing confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services to a federal agency in Maryland. We're seeking an experienced psychologist to deliver high-quality mental health services to a diverse population.

The Role: Provide psychological assessment, short-term therapy, and crisis intervention for federal employees and their spouses/partner navigating work stress, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Work with individuals and couples, in a mission-focused environment.

You Bring:

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Maryland psychology license (required)
• 3-7 years post-licensure clinical experience
• Strong assessment and evidence-based therapy skills
• Excellent diagnostic and documentation abilities
• Experience with brief, solution-focused interventions
