Position Overview

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D.) to join our growing team. This position offers flexible scheduling options: you may choose to work per-client, part-time, or full-time, with the ability to provide care both in-person and remotely. The ideal candidate is compassionate, skilled in psychological assessment and therapy, and dedicated to making a lasting impact in the lives of clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and therapeutic interventions


• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based practices


• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs


• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care


• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


• Participate in case consultations and team meetings (virtually or in-person)


• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) from an accredited program


• Current and active license (or license-eligible) as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of [Insert State]


• Experience providing therapy and psychological assessments


• Strong clinical judgment, empathy, and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $70 – $120 per hour (depending on experience and case type)
