Location: US:WI:WAUWATOSA at our FROEDTERT BLUEMOUND REHAB HOSP facility.

This job is ON - SITE.

FTE: 1.000000

Shift: 1st shift 8 am to 4:30 pm

Job Summary:

The Clinical Quality Coordinator is responsible to support all aspects of quality including workflow efficiency, collaborating with care teams to drive clinical effectiveness, and promoting an environment of safety for patients by using improvement and change management methodologies. The coordinator partners with local and regional operations and quality leaders across ambulatory centers at Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin (F&MCW). Other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:

Five years of experience working in a healthcare setting within a Quality or Clinical area is required.

Ambulatory Epic experience is preferred.

Experience managing project independently and as part of a team is required.

Experienced user of Microsoft applications is required.

Ability to collaborate and create partnership through the use of improvement and change management methodologies using data and strong customer service to support improvement preferred.

EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:

Bachelor's degree in a clinical or healthcare related field is required.

Masters degree is preferred.

TRAINING DESCRIPTION:

EPIC experience preferred.

Process improvement experience/training and change management training is strongly preferred.

Formal training in process improvement and change management with experience using these methodologies to improve care in the clinical setting.

SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:

Ability to analyze clinical data from multiple sources to identify opportunities.

Analytical and logical approach to solving problems.

Clarity and simplicity in written and verbal communication.

Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, leaders and clinical care teams.

Able to create consensus among teams with potential differing opinions.

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.

Able to work well in a team environment across the organization.
