Clinical Recruiter (Multi-Specialty Healthcare)

About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across four core disciplines: Physical Therapy (DPT), Mental Health (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD), Chiropractic (DC), and Registered Dietitians (RD/RDN). You will partner directly with Practice Directors to source, screen, and hire top clinical talent for our integrative care teams.

Key Responsibilities

  Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage candidate pipelines from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.

  
  


• 
  

  Targeted Sourcing: Source passive providers via LinkedIn Recruiter, healthcare job boards (Psychology Today, NutritionJobs, APTA), state licensing databases, and alumni networks.

  
  


• 
  

  Screening & Credentialing: Evaluate clinical fit, verify active state licenses/national credentials (CDR, APTA, NBCC, ACA), and prepare candidates for CAQH/insurance paneled handoffs.

  
  


• 
  

  Offer Negotiation: Guide providers through compensation models (base salary + visit incentives, fee-for-service, per-visit rates).

  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• 
  

  Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience, specifically sourcing DPT, Mental Health, DC, or RD/RDN providers.

  
  


• 
  

  Licensure & Compliance: Strong working knowledge of state licensing boards, primary source verification, and CAQH paneled credentialing.

  
  


• 
  

  Tools: Proficiency with modern ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Recruiterflow, Loxo, Greenhouse) and advanced Boolean sourcing techniques.

  Communication: Ability to connect with clinicians around work-life balance, caseloads, and interdisciplinary care models.
