Clinical Services Manager

An established health clinic located near Minnetonka, Minnesota is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Services Manager to join their team!

• The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for making sure patients and staff stay safe, setting clear standards for good clinical care, and helping build a culture where safety and quality are a top priority. This role reports to the Director of Operations and will be an important part of the Operations Leadership team. The manager will help improve how things are done by adding a clinical point of view and making sure the voices of doctors, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff are heard. They’ll work closely with managers from five clinics, infusion services, neurodiagnostics, and rehab to make sure care is safe and consistent across the whole organization.
  

The Clinic Nurse Manager Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher
  


• Must have active RN license
  


• Must have at least 3 years of ambulatory clinic nursing experience
  


• Must have at least 1 year of nursing leadership
  


• Experience with Utilization review, data management, Safety Regulation, and program development required
