Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–FridaySalary Range: $70,000–$85,000 annually

Specialty Counseling & Consulting (SCC) is seeking an experienced, licensed Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for our Greeley and Loveland outpatient offices. About the Role

The Clinical Supervisor provides both clinical and operational leadership across two locations. This position balances supervision, mentorship, compliance oversight, and day-to-day operational support, while maintaining a limited client caseload.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, organization, follow-through, and the ability to build trust with clinicians and leadership alike.

Primary Focus Areas

• Provide individual and group clinical supervision to licensed, provisionally licensed clinicians, and clinical interns. Serve as a mentor and clinical resource, supporting professional growth and clinical quality Maintain oversight of documentation, ethical practice, and regulatory compliance Support daily site operations, workflow, and staff coordination Partner with leadership on quality improvement, performance outcomes, and program development Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Represent SCC in community and inter-agency collaboration as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Active Colorado clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) Minimum of 3 years post-licensure clinical experience Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred Ability to work full-time, in person, across Greeley and Loveland offices

Schedule & Work Environment
