Clinical Site Supervisor – Greeley, CO Full-Time | $65,000–$70,000 per year | Monday–Friday | In-Person

Position Summary: The Clinical Site Supervisor oversees both the clinical and administrative operations of our Greeley office. This leadership role blends staff supervision with office management, performance tracking, community engagement, and compliance oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
Provide individual and group supervision for licensed and provisional therapists
Monitor clinical performance metrics and staff targets
Review and respond to incident reports and client complaints
Maintain a small client caseload as assigned
Administrative Oversight:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Greeley office
Support hiring, training, and development of clinical staff
Lead staff and QA meetings; maintain agendas and meeting minutes
Ensure compliance with agency policies and state regulations
Oversee budget, petty cash, deposits, and receipts
Improve workflow efficiency and resource usage
Coordinate with insurance providers, respond to audits, subpoenas
Serve as a liaison to community partners and support local program development
Monitor clinical documentation (progress notes, service plans, discharges)
Supervise and support administrative staff
Promote positive team morale and a conflict-free environment
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
Independent licensure in Colorado (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years post-licensure supervisory experience
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work full-time, in-person in Greeley, CO
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Day shift
