In this pivotal role, you\u2019ll partner closely with Territory Managers to provide expert clinical support for prosthetic urology procedures across Operating Rooms and Physician Clinics. Your work will directly influence patient outcomes and foster trusted relationships with key healthcare providers. This role plays a vital part in supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, offering compassionate guidance, education, and hands-on expertise to ensure a seamless and informed experience from consultation to recovery.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * Act as the go-to clinical expert for case support, troubleshooting, and advanced product guidance\n * Provide in-procedure consultation to physicians, offering insights on technique and product performance\n * Deliver engaging educational conversations and hands-on demonstrations to healthcare teams and potential patients. \n * Address customer concerns with creative, solution-oriented thinking, collaborating cross-functionally when needed\n * Ensure accurate and timely documentation of procedural device usage and clinical data\n * Champion Boston Scientific\u2019s Quality Policy, embedding excellence and compliance into every aspect of your work\n * Serve as a trusted patient liaison, guiding potential patients through their entire journey\u2014from initial consultation and education to post-procedure support\u2014ensuring clarity, comfort, and confidence at every step\n\n\n\n \n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\n * Highschool Diploma, though bachelor\u2019s degree highly preferred \n * Willingness to travel regionally to support clinical needs\n * Confidence and professionalism in high-stakes clinical environments (ORs, clinics)\n\n\n\n \n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree or Nursing degree\n * Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or patient care setting\n * Background in direct patient care (e.g., RN, medical assistant, therapist, technician)\n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills\n * Self-starter with a proactive mindset and a commitment to excellence\n * Adaptable and resilient\u2014able to pivot priorities in a fast-paced, evolving landscape\n * Skilled in managing multiple projects and anticipating future needs\n\n\n\n \n\nRequisition ID: 627346\n\nThe anticipated annualized base amount or range for this full time position will be $85,000 to $105,000, plus variable compensation governed by the Sales Incentive Compensation Plan (which includes certain annual non-discretionary incentives based on predetermined objectives) as well as the value of core and optional benefits offered at BSC, which can be reviewed at www.bscbenefitsconnect.com.
