Clinical Specialist – Cardiovascular Medical Device

Territory: Entire state of West Virginia

Schedule: Monday–Friday | No call | No weekends

Travel: Approximately 20% overnight

We are seeking a Clinical Specialist to join a growing cardiovascular medical device team. This is a newly created expansion position resulting from continued growth and success within the territory.

The Clinical Specialist will partner closely with the Territory Manager to provide hands-on clinical case coverage, customer education and training while helping identify opportunities to increase product utilization and grow the business.

Ideal Background

• 3+ years of experience in a hospital/medical setting


• Cath lab experience required, ideally with cardiovascular medical device experience


• Clinical credential such as CRT, CVT, RN, CVIS or RCIS


• Strong communication, customer service and training skills


• Sharp, personable and motivated with an interest in growing within the medical device industry


• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree a plus

Territory

Covers the entire state of West Virginia. Charleston is the preferred location and will provide the most efficient territory coverage, although candidates elsewhere in West Virginia may be considered.

Compensation

Depending on experience:

• $75K–$85K base


• $55K variable


• $130K–$140K OTE


• Uncapped commission
