Full-Time/Day Shift

• The Clinical Pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Required Qualifications:

• PharmD Pharmacy or bachelor's degree Pharmacy Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License
  
  

• Preferred Qualifications:
  Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency
