Clinical Student Coordinator, Hybrid (San Marcos Office)

As a Clinical Student Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of TrueCare’s clinical education programs, bringing students, academic partners, and preceptors together to create a seamless, high‑quality training experience. This dynamic role blends relationship‑building, organization, and problem‑solving as you coordinate clinical placements, manage onboarding and compliance, and support students throughout their rotations.

You’ll oversee everything from credentialing and scheduling to tracking progress and ensuring regulatory readiness, all while serving as the go‑to liaison for students, schools, and internal teams. • High school diploma or the equivalent.
• A minimum of three (3) years of administrative support/office experience or relevant credentialing experience.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
