The Clinical Supervisor will oversee program clinicians in the Pueblo San Ildefonso Serna Solutions office which includes the following services, methods of care and populations:
Individuals
Couples
Families
Children
Adolescents
Groups
Art Therapy
Motivational Interviewing
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA)
Adolescent Community Reinforcement Approach (ACRA)
Community Reinforcement & Family Training (CRAFT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills (DBT)
Brainspotting
Hypnotherapy
Type of Employment: Full Time or Part-Time Employee, Salaried or Contract
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the general direction of the clinical director the clinician will be responsible for:
Provide clinical supervision to a multidisciplinary team of clinical staff in an outpatient setting.
Train clinical staff in best practices related to clinical diagnosis, treatment planning and documentation.
Act as a resource for staff to problem solve complex clinical presentations.
Provide psycho-therapeutic and psycho-educational services to individuals, couples, families, and groups;
Provide individual therapeutic counseling to clients as assigned;
Provide clinical documentation such as treatment plans, assessments, and clinical notes;
Provide individual and group supervision to clinical staff,
Report relevant information in a timely manner to clinical supervisor and/or program director;
Operates within compliance with related federal, state and local regulations;
Provides direct clinical and case management services; and provides administrative support;
Provide crisis intervention, as needed;
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications for position:
Minimum qualifications include: Licensure as a master’s level behavioral health clinician (LISW, LCSW, LPCC, PhD or PsyD).
Preferred qualification include: i. Training in one or more Evidence Based Practice (MI, CRA, DBT, Seeking Safety, EMDR, Brainspotting, etc.)
Clinical Supervisor (50/50 split between direct service and clinical supervision)
Personal Qualities:
Well organized
Able to communicate and work effectively with a team;
High level of Integrity and honesty;
Customer Service/Client orientation;
Able to be proactive and anticipate needs of the clients and the organization;
Able to respond to evolving business needs and priorities;
A positive orientation to Social Justice Issues.
Salary range: $70k-$75k per year based on experience and preferred qualifications.
