Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Supervisor to lead our clinical team. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed professional who is passionate about recovery, skilled in managing a multidisciplinary team, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and support clinicians in the delivery of high-quality, ethical, and effective treatment services.
Treatment Oversight: Assist in developing individualized treatment plans, ensuring they are evidence-based and responsive to client needs.
Staff Development: Conduct regular supervision, performance reviews, and ongoing training to support clinical growth and development.
Quality Assurance: Monitor clinical documentation and client outcomes, implement improvements as needed, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Collaborative Care: Work closely with medical providers, case managers, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care plans.
Crisis Support: Lead the clinical response to client crises, providing direction and support to ensure safety and appropriate interventions.
Documentation Review: Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation across all stages of treatment (admissions, progress, discharge).
Qualifications:
- Bathelor's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Current Pennsylvania licensure preferred but not necessary
- At least 2 years of clinical experience in substance abuse treatment
- Supervisory or leadership experience in substance abuse facility
- In-depth knowledge of addiction treatment modalities including CBT, MI, and trauma-informed care
- Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills
- Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
- High ethical standards, professional boundaries, and confidentiality

ABOUT OUR TREATMENT FACILITY
The Davis Archway Treatment Center is a newly constructed substance abuse treatment facility. Our facility is located in Emlenton, Butler County, Pennsylvania. Our remote location provides clients a private, serene, therapeutic environment to help them start on road of recovery.
To accommodate our clients, we provide comfortable and spacious residential style living areas and bedrooms. We offer several amenities to make their stay more comfortable.
