Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor, BCBA to join our team, focused on improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism. The role involves conducting patient assessments, designing personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients and their families. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based interventions and ensure optimal client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate behavioral needs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to effectively implement behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to staff, caregivers, and families on behavior management techniques.
• Perform diagnostic evaluations to identify behavioral challenges and recommend appropriate interventions.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest best practices in applied behavior analysis through ongoing professional development.

Key Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA, or eligibility to test for certification.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in behavioral health, particularly with developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
• Skills: Strong understanding of medical terminology related to behavioral health, proficiency in patient assessment, and exceptional data collection abilities.
