🛠️ Your Role as Clinical Supervisor

As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll be both a strategic leader and a hands-on clinician, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care that meets all regulatory and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Mentor & Supervise: Provide clinical and administrative supervision for counseling staff, including feedback sessions, audits, and evaluations.


• Elevate Care Quality: Oversee clinical admissions, treatment planning, and documentation to ensure best practices are followed.


• Lead from the Front: Observe therapy sessions, intervene during crises, and provide direct group and family therapy when needed.


• Drive Compliance: Ensure state and federal standards are met through quality assurance reviews and policy enforcement.


• Inspire Growth: Conduct staff trainings, lead meetings, and support individual development through coaching and evaluation.


• Collaborate for Excellence: Coordinate with leadership to refine systems, ensure efficient operations, and drive continuous improvement.

🎓 What You Bring

• Credentials Required: Active CADC, LMHC, or LISW


• Education: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or psychology (required)


• Leadership Ready: Approved to supervise clinical staff


• Experience:
  
  
  
  • 2+ years working with substance use and mental health populations (preferred)
  
  
  • Strong understanding of clinical operations, quality assurance, and accreditation standards
  
  
  
  


• Bonus Points For: Prior experience building or scaling treatment programs


• Compliance: Must hold or obtain current First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
