Eliot's Early Intervention Program (EI) supports children, from birth to their third birthday, with developmental delays, risk factors or disabilities in the Everett, Malden, and Medford area. Our multidisciplinary team delivers community-based therapeutic interventions using a coaching model with parents and caregivers.

Eliot is seeking an Early Intervention Clinical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on, family-focused approach to services and strives to increase parents’ understanding of their child’s strengths & needs, while supporting parents in learning how to foster their child’s growth & development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical supervision and administrative oversight and carry a small caseload. 


• Provide support to staff in completing the DPH certification process.


• Participate in program development including making recommendations in relation to development of new services.


• Develop and insure follow-up of treatment goals from the Assessment and Individual Family Service Plan(IFSP)


• Provide services in the home and other community appropriate settings.


• Create and provide in-service training to other team members within areas of expertise.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Speech/Language Pathology, Physical Therapy, or Occupational Therapy; appropriate licensure.


• Requires at least 5 years post degree experience in a related field


• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience


• Certification as an Early Intervention Specialist (CEIS) preferred.


• Bilingual English/Spanish or Haitian Creole a plus

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
