Clinical Supervisor - LCSW / LMHC / LMFT - Foster Care Support

Location: St. Augustine, FL

Compensation: Base Salary, Sign-On Bonus, and Annual Bonuses

• $68,000
• Performance Bonuses available
• $500 sign-on bonus paid at 90 days and $500 retention bonus paid at 1 year anniversary

We are searching for a Clinical Supervisor to join our dynamic community based team. Our clients, aged 11-21, require therapeutic support for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance abuse issues. We follow an integrated service delivery approach, utilizing a team of professionals to comprehensively address the needs of the young individuals and their caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, case managers and mentors.
• Ensure effective implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor team performance, provide training, and foster a collaborative work
• environment.
• Coordinate services with community partners, schools, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct team meetings, case reviews, and ensure compliance with agency and
• state guidelines.
• Provide crisis intervention support as needed.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (LCSW,
• LMHC, LMFT preferred).
• - Minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk youth and families.
• - Supervisory experience preferred.
• - Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based
• treatment models.
• - Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• - Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
• - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
