What You’ll Do 

As a member of our Clinical Support Manager Team, you will oversee and empower your team of clinical support nurses and assistants—ensuring efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and continuous professional development. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Director of Clinical Support.Your role includes:

  • Leading, training, and mentoring clinical support staff to foster growth, clinical excellence, and team satisfaction.
  • Overseeing department schedules, managing workflow, and evaluating staffing needs.
  • Collaborating with established leadership team to implement improvements in patient care delivery and support services.
  • Developing and enforcing clinical protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA, AAHA, and state/federal regulations.
  • Managing personnel matters including training compliance, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
  • Proactively identifying areas for process improvement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies.

Anticipated Schedule 

This is a full-time position with the following available schedules: 

  • Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-6:30pm
  • Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm
  • Some schedule flexibility is required 
  • Occasional weekends may be required 
  • Holidays are not generally required 

Compensation 

  • Starting at $80,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience.

Requirements

We are seeking a Clinical Support Manager to join our team of leaders in creating a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our team remains confident, capable, and aligned with best clinical practices. You likely have: 

  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; specialty/emergency setting strongly preferred.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is highly valued.
  • Veterinary technician licensure is preferred.
  • Proven skills in coaching, team building, and cross-functional communication.
  • Familiarity with clinical protocols, OSHA guidelines, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Proficiency with digital record-keeping and scheduling tools.
  • A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and strong emotional intelligence.
